Driveway & Sidewalks
Driveways and walkways or sidewalks offer great curb appeal and overall appearance of your home. We begin the process by rinsing any loose dirt or debris. Next, We pre-treat with a combination of SH (Chlorine) and surfactant and degreaser as needed to kill organics (Algae, Green Algae, Mold). Dwelling time is then initiated before we proceed with our Surface Cleaner. Rinsing ensures all organics are removed from the surface. Lastly, We post-treat with SH as needed in areas as needed. This is to ensure that we leave the area with that "Deep Clean Feeling".
Wood & PVC Fence
Fences are beautiful! Let's keep them that way. In South Florida, We live in what is considered a Sub-Tropical climate. With heavy rains, extreme heat and humidity being a factor it can wreak havoc on your fence. This process is initiated by rinsing off the surface. Next, We apply SH (Chlorine) and allow for a dwelling period. The next step is to begin to carefully and methodically rinse each section of your fence in order to remove the SH. The results will amaze you and leave you with that "Deep Clean" Feeling.
